Itoro Sunday Uwah is a dedicated Nigerian, a seasoned businessman, a psychologist, counselor, and author, renowned for his impactful work as the Founder of the BEFOCUS Children and Youth Foundation. With, Bsc in Engineering and a PsyM degree in psychology from the University of the People, United States of America and a Higher National Diploma in journalism, Uwah combines his academic expertise with a profound passion for youth and human capital development.

Daniel Oniko is a chartered banker with over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, SME financing, and risk management. He holds a Master’s in Financial Economics and an MBA from Bangor University, Wales. A self-motivated financial expert, Daniel is dedicated to enhancing our NGO's financial strategies. He is also a devoted family man, bringing both professional and personal commitment to our team.

Emmanuel Akpan is an innovative professional with extensive experience in engineering, real estate, and management. Known for his excellence and teamwork, he effectively drives projects to align with our mission. As a dedicated father, he brings a compassionate and committed perspective to our NGO

Amb. Tiana Wealth Bassey is a seasoned Business Developer and Multimedia Strategist with over eight years of experience. As Executive Director of Ricchezza Consult, she specializes in providing tailored solutions for SMEs and startups, consulting for over ten brands and training more than a hundred staff members.

Samuel James Inam is a seasoned financial expert with over 16 years in the banking sector, including a key role as Branch Manager at FCMB. He supports entrepreneurs in Real Estate and Oil and Gas, bringing extensive knowledge in Financial Management, tax compliance, cash control, and forecasting to our NGO.

He holds an MBA from the University of Uyo.

Daniel Johnson is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of experience in various sectors, including Management Consulting, Humanitarian work, and Aerospace Engineering. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Calabar and a Master’s from the Institute of Space Science and Engineering. As the Managing Director of Ablefield Global Resources Ltd and an Executive Director at Phynad Consulting Limited, Daniel is dedicated to delivering high-quality training and consultancy. His leadership and expertise are invaluable to our NGO's mission.
